Our team has a cumulative experience of over 100 years in Food Safety, Food Technology, and operations and has a thorough understanding of the national and international standards and regulations on food. NXG Food Safety Works has worked on setting up and implementing Food Safety Management Systems at over 45 factories, catering units, and cafeterias and has delivered 200+ trainings on Food Safety and conducted over 3000 audits. With the formation of FSSAI in 2006 which lead to notification of FSSAI Rules and Regulations in 2011, the industry has come a long way. More food establishments are now aware of the hazards of the food industry (next only to Pharma) but a shortage of expertise continues to exist. We now work with establishments big and small across India and Southeast Asian countries to help them implement systems and processes for an effective Food Safety Management System.
