This app is free, yet if you want to have a complete protection for your phone, yourself and your loved ones you can subscribe to the Cerberus suite (Cerberus Anti-theft, Cerberus Persona and Cerberus Kids)

This app uses Device Administration to turn off the screen and lock it when the power off menu or quick settings are being displayed.

This app uses Accessibility services to monitor the lock screen and block the power off menu and quick settings. It does not collect or send any information.
