Listening
The HSK 5 is the next to last step of your HSK journey. Level 5 consists of a test of more than 2 hours that will evaluate your ability to understand any type of content.
Like with levels 3 and 4, the HSK 5 has a maximum score of 300, meaning that each section will give you a score of 100. A total score of 180 points will allow you to obtain the HSK 5 certificate.
The structure of the Listening section is as follows:
- 2 exercises with 15 questions
- 30 minutes to respond to the questions, then 5 minutes to select the responses on your answer sheet
- each audio extract will only be played 1 time
Reading

- 3 exercises with 45 questions
- 45 minutes to respond to the questions (you will write your responses directly on the answer sheet)
- all the sentences are written only with Chinese characters
